- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The customer service here is horribly slow. Every time I come in here, it's a minimum of 15 minutes. Half the time it's about a 30 minute visit. Just to make a simple deposit with a deposit slip already filled out. There could be a long line with 3 tellers. Then one by one, the tellers leave to do whatever else while there is a huge line. Yesterday, my wife waited a little more than a half hour to talk to someone about a home mortgage. Just to find out that they can't do that there and she had to call corporate. Needless to say, I'm taking my personal and business accounts elsewhere. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars, is because Chase is actually a good bank.
